ringtone volume too low problem.

just got this phone today... i like the phone.. but is anyone else having problems with the ringtone volume being too low? i am currently using the ringtones that came with the phone and the volume is just too low.... i set the ring type to ring and vibrate and i can barely hear the ringtone? did i just get a bad phone????

yep, my ringtone volume is to low also. I have spent hours trying to adjust it. I taped on the volume icon on the front screen & turned both phone and computer part up as loud as it would go. Oddly enough the speaker volume is to loud . I had to turn it down. Jo 🤨
