ok look i really don't understand why people who don't like the iPhone put weird things about it online. I was actually reading all the reviews from phonescoop.com and most of them were people who do not own one, so i thought heck with it let me go and test the phone. I think its a very cool phone, something new in the market. I used to have Verizon and thats true Verizon has a good reception ONLY customer Service forget about it, but i thought let me take my number to AT&T test them out and see if i like it then i don't mind paying 140 termination fee. So i got the phone and it was activated in less than 20 minutes. AT&T reception is very good I actually get reception where i wouldn't get with verizon. Thats true speaker is not that loud bu...

Isn't it amazing that they are charging a re-stocking fee, in others words they are saying, come try us, but to do so it will cost you sixty bucks, I myself, bought the phone, tried it, wasn't my cup of tea, brought it back and didn't pay the re-stocking fee. Here's what else I won't do.

1.Pay re-stocking fees anywhere, Best Buy, Circuit City no where, they want me as a customer in the future, they will forgive the fee.

2. Pay credit card late fees, I'm never late but there has been some Post Office issues especially during the holidays. I see a "late fee" on my bill, I'm on the phone in seconds, I ask nicely first, then if they don't forgive the fee. I close the account right there on the spot. Guess what, I have not paid any late...

I couldn't agree more but that's what you get with anything Apple. Jobs has thought from day one that he can do whatever the hell he wants and the hell with the consumer. The very idea of a battery that can't be removed is just an extension of their philosophy to rape us every way they can.

I don't know if you saw my other post, but to replace the battery on the Iphone will cost approx 115 bucks if you go for their loaner program. That's robbery!

Microsoft knows they are in trouble with consumers with the XBox debacle and has commited at least a billion dollars to rectify the situation, WHY?

CAUSE THEY DON"T WANT TO DRIVE THEIR CUSTOMERS TO NINTENDO, SONY OR ANYONE ELSE AND THE BIGGEST REASON. PEOPLE WERE BITCHING THAT IT WAS MICROSOFTS FAULT BY DESIGN AND WHY SHOULD THE CUSTOMER HAVE TO PAY FOR FLAWS CAUSED BY THE COMPANY. FINALLY PEOPLE GOT BALLS, GOT IT TOGETHER AND THE XBOX PROBLEM WILL BE SOLVED AT VERY LITTLE COST TO THE CONSUMER.... GET IT? GOT IT? GOOD STAND UP FOR YOUR CONSUMER RIGHTS!
