HTC Mogul / XV6800 / PPC6800 / P4000
Internet only working in 1X, please help!
I just switched from a 6700 to a 6800 and love the phone with the exception of a VERY BIG DOWNSIDE... no inet!
According the tech support I have been provisioned correctly, but I am still not connecting to the internet. Every now and then (5% of the time) I will get connected at 1X but nothing else, but again this is rare. I usually get a message "Cannot connect to the internet for an unknown reason."
I will say this... I am grandfathered into a vision video/pic pack for over 2 yrs now... and was grandfathered into powervsion by activating a PV phone by DEC 6,2005 (when PV/EVDO was initially launched in Texas). Since then I have had my HTC and Samsung phones with no issues with my plan.
