For bluetooth (blue): open the bluetooth manager, then use the blackberry key to bring up options. You can turn the LED indicator off from here.
By flashing red, I assume you mean for messages: Click on the profile icon, then scroll to advanced. Highlight the one you're using, then mash the blackberry button and select edit. You may turn off individual (sms, email, etc) LED indicators from here.
