how is the key pad? are we looking at a loose keypad or loose buttons with this phone? thanks!

I got the phone today and it’s great. The keypad is very good. Also the speakerphone, ringer volume and earpiece are near perfect.
The call quality is the best of any phone that I have had and I have owned many phones.
Best Verizon phone to date in my opinion. Hope this helps all.
