ALLTEL V9M PROBLEMS?????
Just got my Alltel V9m i try and bring up my camera and it says "BUSY, TRY AGAIN LATER" I try and bring up the camcorder and it says "SYSTEM ERROR" any ideas on whats up?? I guess I'm lucky I got the phone working at all. I bought it off ebay from a seller with 100% feedback all he sells is Alltel phones. Needless to say it came in the mail today took it to the store to get it turned on and there was a problem with the HEX number finally got that figured out then the phone wouldn't power on and I was send home like a child for not buying the phone from Alltel directly. After about 4 hours of charging the phone I finally got it to power on and took it back to the store and got it all working or so I thought. Well I got it home and started playing with the camera and that is where I'm at now. Any help you could give me would be very appreciated. Thanks!!!!

I'm an Alltel customer but don't have this phone, not yet. I plan on buying it IF word of mouth is good with Alltel customers.
Why would anyone buy a phone off ebay? I would never do that. You should return that phone with Delivery Confirmation/tracking number (to prove you returned it). If the seller refuses to do a refund, file the proper complaints with ebay and/or Paypal and they can force that seller to either refund or they will have their funds frozen on Paypal. If you got a faulty phone, you have every right to a full refund and Paypal will protect you if you have proof you returned it.
Call the 800 # with Alltel and buy the phone from Alltel. Sometimes they charge in the Alltel store for things they won't on the phone.
