black screen
i received my touch last monday and the phone has went black and turned off 6 or 7 times. the only way to turn it on is to take the battery out and reinstall it. sometimes i have to plug the charger in to get it started. i also noticed that the charging icon never goes down or shows that it is losing power.i am confused...please help ...if u can.

I would check out the "endless sleep mode" thread. If that doesn't sound like your problem, then exchange the phone for a new one within the 30 day trial period.
