HTC Tilt 8925 / TyTN II
tilt 8925 when are you coming?
I did handle one briefly and it's worth noting that the finish on the sides is semi-rubberized, giving it a strange tactile sensation.
As for price, it's slated to follow the 8525 closely, with a retail price of 549 - 599 USD with out contract. Subtract 150 USD with 2 year contract.
Bear in mind, this is a very real threat to the iphone sponsored by at&t and currently under attck due to Apple's draconian policies.....
Background:I work for THE major cell comapany, and I get a phone every 4 to 5 months, but I'm addicted to the HTC PDA line, starting with the 8125.
The 8925 fixes everything that was previously "wrong":
1. Larger memory.
2. GPS built in.
3 Faster Connection speed.
- Want an MP3 player? add a 2 GB card and you're there...
- Want a mobile DVD player? rip DVDs to MPEG4 and you're there.
- Need wireless laptop acccess? Tether it as a modem and you're there.
What's not to like?
