Questions for Tilt owners (Micro SD & GPS)
I've seen on Cnet that you can get up to a 4gb micro sd card on this? Have any of you got a 4gb?
Also, what GPS software do you all use? I'm thinking about getting tomtom b/c it has a great interface & is user-friendly. I like Telenav but am not interested in paying monthly for routing service when GPS is built into the phone!?!? Google maps is cool but isn't really a navigation software. Any advice?

Like you, I agree paying monthly is not fair. Has anyone heard how streets and trips interacts with this device and just how good is it?

I'm currently trying out Windows Live search, and while it lacks turn-by-turn voice directions, it's robust search features are impressive.
and the price can't be beat: FREE!

I would use TeleNave. Unlike other GPS that do not offer a live update of the maps, TeleNav gives you the latest, up-to-date maps with turn-by-turn, voice guided directions. It's worth the 10 dollars a month for unlimited routes. If you can afford the phone, then you should be able to afford the access fee.

I have a 4 gig card and it works great. You can find them online for $65-$75.
I use Google Maps because I don't really need spoken turn-by-turn directions from my phone. (I have a Garmin in my car for that.) I also have Windows Live Search but haven't really done much with it yet, so can't say whether or not it is any good.

Check out Amazon for microSD.
I got a 4 gig sandisk for $47 including shipping. Pretty good deal compared to other places.
