A problem with the Venus that might have been corrected
When I first purchased the Venus my phone had the same prob many of yours had. The vibrate mode being so weak. But I recently went on vacation in a noisy place and could not have the ringer on due to not being able to hear it. So i placed it on vibrate and it worked smoothly. Did not miss any of my calls. So long story short either it was just luck or Verizon did fix this issue with the Venus. 😁
