iam not eligiable for any upgrade yet, i tried to call today and order it if possible, no luck!! but i asked if i could get the 25% off full retail since i couldnt upgrade, she said you can upgrade at the 1 year pricing with a 2 year contract, THATS IF YOU REALLY WANT THIS PHONE! iam going to take the deal!! but i think that deal is for anybody that cant upgrade!! just some info for you!!
...
what are u talking about ?....you can alwayz up grade and get the phone at the 2 year pricing you just dont get $100 for new every two...so if the phone is $300 with 2 year as long as u extend ur contract for an addition 2 years u can get it at that price....i think :-)
...
no u cant!!! if that was possible i would be doing it every week!! lol!!
...
I believe you can upgrade at the promotional price ONLY after one year with your CURRENT phone and then it extends your current contract for an additional 2 years from the date of the upgrade.
Verizon rep, correct me if I'm wrong.

As long as your plan is over $49.99 a month for at least the previous three months, you can do an early upgrade at 12 months , and every 12 months for that matter, the key is that you have to go to an authorized retailer on order to do this, so don't go to the mall store if it's corporate or don't go to Circuit city or BJ's they are corporate as well. I manage an authorized retailer and we can do the 12 month on the $49.99 month plan, I don't know why you can't?

...

Thanks for the heads up though, something for me to check out today

Yea I just checked out our policies under the system that Verizon mandates and it specifically says 59.99 or higher. The revision date is 8/30/05 so if they changed it to 49.99 we were never made aware.
