Is ordering online better then going ot the store and getting it theres all thsi hype about being sold out im about to just order it......should i have it fast like in a couple of days or so?

I ordered one on Saturday (11/24), shipped out today (11/27) and the tracking e-mail says it should arrive on Thursday (11/29) by 7:00 pm. I am located in Northern California.
