I moved some music from my computer to my Voyager the other day and am loving it. I was wondering if anyone knew how to apply any of those songs as a ringtone??? 👀

Ok if the MP3's are already on your comptuer, just register your Voyager at any website such as Mobile17.com which allows you to chop up any MP3 file into a 30 second sound clip, compress it, then send it to your phone via picture message then save it as a ringtone. It's free to register there and real easy to use. I've got soo many ringtones custom made from Mobile17.com

trim whatever song you want down to a clip that's 30 seconds or less (anything over 500kb will be a waste of space and won't work anyway).

then either transfer that clip to your memory card (if you have one) or to the phone's internal memory. (either way, it needs to go into the my_sounds folder).

then just go to my_sounds and send it to yourself... after it sends your phone will take a couple seconds and receive it as a picture message. when you open it it will play the new ringer. just go to options then Save as Ringtone.

this has been posted several times by myself and other methods have been posted several times by others... just scroll down the list of messages.
