Use the included CD to install the music manager software. Or if you are trying to do a straight filecopy to the card, first format the card using the phone; that sets up the directories. Then use a microsd reader to copy mp3s from your pc to the my music directory on the card (the directory doesn't show up using the USB cable or bluetooth obx transfer, so you need the reader to copy the mp3s). There is also a mysounds directory you can use to transfer shorter mp3s and midi files that will be accessible through get it now/my sounds.
