Phone Freezes when 'Space" key hit?
I have this phone and have had it for just over a month. I haven't had any problems with it until tonight. Now whenever i hit the space key (either of the two on the inside or the one on the touch screen) my voyager freezes completely for about a minute than turns itself off and back on. I can't even send a message anymore since I would need to use the space key.
Has anyone else had this problem or know how to fix it? I will be going to the verizon store tomorrow to try and get this problem fixed. I use about 200-300 texts per day if that has any influence on this problem.
Any knowledge you may have that could help me fix this would be greatly appreciated!

yeah I'd suggest just going into Verizon and seeing if Tech Support can replace it for you. I mean It could be that you send that amount of texts but I don't think so. See what Tech SUpport says. That's my best guess. Never heard of that problem. I have the enV and I send a ton of messages myself, and have NEVER had that problem at all.

ok thanks for your help. My family has had problems with phones before and the tech guys seem to always fix it. Lets hope this is the same case because i cant afford a new phone since i literally just spent ALL of my money on this one ☹️

Try removing the battery for about 30 sec. When ever I have problems like you're having that seems to work. All so the phone has a 30 money back or 1 year warrenty. Hope that helps. Happy New Year.

do u have the newest firmware that came out that can cause the phone to be outdated and have those problems. Hope you can get it fixed and happy new year
