EMAIL ALERTS STOPPED
verizonhelper, you seem to know your stuff, how about this. after working perfect for the first month my email is no longer pushed to the front screen and i don't receive any alerts. i have the new update and have talked to support--no help. i really don't want to replace the phone since i have an invizishield cover installed. any ideas?

I have encountered the same "problem." My thought is that after a certain amount of time, you get signed out from your email account and then the alerts stop. I have noticed if I have signed in again (mobile email), the alerts start up for a period of time. Unacceptable, esp. @ $5.00/month. Any ideas?

i have been on the phone with tech support twice. we have removed the app and reinstalled. they have tried everything that they know. they say they were going to give the problem to LG and see if they have an answer. that might take months.????
excatly what did you mean you would sign in again to your mobile email? i have checked my email from the phone, but without the pushing and alerts its a pain. its a lot faster to do it with an ipod touch.---problems i can do without these.
