Download mobile email, then select add account and enter your email address and password as prompted. If it needs anything else, it will prompt.

Call verizon tech support. Some services can't easily be configured (e.g. google mail imap vs google mail pop). Unfortunately, you can't get at the advanced options unless something triggers them. I liked Eudora2go better, but it's no longer available. You may need help from tech support for configurations the app doesn't natively recognize for one reason or another. It will take people complaining to get it to where previous mobile email offerings were before Verizon took over the apps.
