Is AT&T getting a better version of the Voyager called the Vu? It sure looks that way. Whats going on with verizon?

The Prada is a prototype for the voyager. It's not clear what ATT will be releasing. All the phone companies will be jumping on the touch screen bandwagon. Expect leapfrogging to occur over the next several months. If you like the voyager, get it. If you like verizon, go with the voyager. If you have issues with either, wait and see what everyone else does.

The LG Vu and LG Voyager are both based on the LG Prada. The Vu will have the same type of Mobile tv(MediaFlo)like the Voyager. The Vu is going to be a 'generic' version of the Prada and has no qwerty keyboard like Verizon added from the LG Env to the Voyager. Verizon releases a new flagship phone every year and you can expect an improved Voyager 2 by November and possibly a 4G LTE Voyager 3 running Google's Android system by Fall 2009.

The Vu is a washed down version of the Prada series overseas. It is sort of nice, but feels much cheaper than the Voyager. If you have the Voyager, the Vu may not impress you at all. It does, however, have a nice size, and tv plays just as well as it does as the Voyager. But again, remember, this Vu, is just a watered-down version of the Prada series phones.
