I tried to format my memory card but is having problems, can anyone help??

You need to format it on the phone. Settings and Tools, Memory, Card Memory, then options and format. If it won't format, there might be a problem with the card.

Also, if it's 4gb or more, you need to make sure you have the flash update to the phone as this fixes a problem with the larger capacity cards. Tools and settings, phone info, sw/hw version and make sure the swversion ends in 05. If it ends in 03, you'll need to take it to a Verizon store for the upgrade.
