Try online customer care for Sprint

Granted, I will say that face-to-face customer care at the store and over-the-phone customer care is lacking in most areas. However, I wil say that online customer care is simply excellent. The reps have always given me a far better deal because they are "authorized" to do more. For example, when I went over my allocated text messages, I simply emailed them and then they responded back in about 12 hours or so giving me the unlimited for only $7.50 monthly.
Also, the corporate discounts are far better than most other cell phone providers. Currently, there are discounts available up to 27% off MRCs. Don't believe me...then go to fatwallet dot com and you can pick and choose whatever discount you want. Anybody can write a letter on "letterhead" indicating that you work for that particular company. Takes simple Microsoft Word skills and about 10 minutes of your time...and a fax machine.
And, the corporate discount DOES APPLY to the simply everything plan contrary to what others have stated or been told. I verified this with sprint.com and they replied:
Thank you for your reply.

I would like to inform you that Simply Everything plan is a basic
necessity for the phone Samsung Instinct to be used.

Further, the employee discount of 27% is compatible with the $99.99
Simply Everything plan.

Currently, Sprint Fair&Flexible Plan 400 is active on the line
xxxxxxxxxx and the plan includes 400 Anytime Minutes.

So, you can opt for Simply Everything 450 plan for $69.99. This plan
includes 450 Anytime Minutes, unlimited text messages, unlimited
internet access and you will also be receiving 27% employee discount.

Also, the phone on line xxxxxxxxxx will be eligible for $150.00 handset
upgrade rebate in the month of July, 2008. I suggest you to wait till
July, 2008 because once the phone is eligible for $150.00 handset
upgrade rebate, you will also be eligible for Instant credits and
mail-in-rebate applicable on the phone purchase.

Thank you again for contacting Sprint. We appreciate your business.

Sincerely,
Parry A.

Excuse me?!? Don't bash the store and customer service reps just because you got a little discount off of your bill. I bet if you don't see the discount applied on your next months bill you'll be back here talking about how bad the online customer service is. Please!

Actually, I wasn't bashing customer reps and phone reps. And, on the contrary, I have never, once, had a problem with any of my Sprint bills...not once...ever. From the sound of it, you make it sound like Sprint customers experience billing problems all the time. Well, I never have. I like Sprint alot. I just wish the Sprint phones would work in Europe.
