LG Glimmer Ringing Issue Fix

I am a regional manager for alltel, and yes we go on Phonescoop too 🙂
Just letting everyone know that while we will not be able to provide a fix for the ringer increasing slowingly, we are able to do something else for you:
Your phone rings 5 times when someone calls you, by calling into Alltel we can make your phone ring 6 times, allowing you an extra ring to get to your phone. If 6 still is not enough, we can do 7 but i will use your airtime. The ringing process cannot last over 30 seconds, and 7 rings goes over that limit, therefore you will be using your airtime for everything over the 30 seconds, and THIS IS FOR EVERY CALL. I hope this helps you, as we try to provide the best for our customers.
As of now, We cannot make a case for the Glimmer, it either doesn't work out or it's too bulky.
Look for Celltop and IM applications in the near future, the update for the phone should only be for Celltop, so if you don't want it don't upgrade. IM Applications will be added directly to Axcess Shop once they are optimized for touch features.
Please note that the Information about cases and phone updates are pending to change, once released please check all information yourself.

Don't really have a comment on the ringing but since your a regional manager, I've got a problem for you. My phone will not show a pic id when that person calls. I've taken it in and they said I have the latest software installed so flashing it won't help. They tried other Glimmers that they had in the store and they didn't work either. I have about 15 numbers in my contacts and I had one pic come up for a caller once. Does Alltel or LG know of this problem?
