Picture shortcuts go missing
Has anybody had their photo id shortcuts go missing randomly? I searched and didn't find any threads on this. I haven't figured out what triggers them to go missing every once in a while. Sometimes it is a couple of them, sometimes just one. This started happening after I went to a premium plan and started accessing the net and such. Was just curious if anybody else has come across this and/or knows the solution. If I have overlooked any info on this please kindly send me in the right direction.

mine did that too! i'm not going to be any help though, because i don't know how to fix it or why it does that. i just thought i'd tell you that you're not the only one having that problem! =)

mine doesnt do that, it does shut off every now and then. honestly if it is a problem you can exchange it within 30 days, and if your outside of 30 days you still have a 1yr factory warranty. just take it to a store they will either replace it in store or have one mailed to you.

If your talking about the picture shortcuts under Favorites, the star on the bottom right of the phone. One of mine dissapeared also but it was hidden under one of the other shortcut pictures. Just move each other one to the side to see if its hidding under any of them.
