Ringer/Sound Profile Bypass
Does anyone know if there's a way to bypass the ringer / sound profile settings and manually set the sound/vibrate mode for each type of event on my 8310 Curve?
Basically I want the phone to vibrate if I get a call, but do nothing if I get an email. It's driving me crazy that I can't set these things independently and that I must chose a "profile". The "vibrate" profile vibrates when I get emails, and the "phone only" profile is silent on emails but rings.
Any help would be greatly appreciated

You can go into profiles, select advanced, select which profile you want to edit then change it however you want.

Thanks. 😁 How bout the exceptions? Can I edit the ringer volume on some of them i.e. people who have their own ringers?
