Homescreen Background on Blackberry Bold

I currently have a Curve and on it you can have the same wallpaper on the front screen as on the homescreen is there anyway to do that on the Bold? Cause I couldn't find a way. Oh and can you do pic sending without internet? Thanks in advance.
