i have read the versa supports flash. and i know it has a multi-tab web browser. so does the phone support flash for the ui, or actual flash, like youtube.

It does indeed support some flash. the full youtube site works for example (i.e. not just the mobile youtube site). however, it is not full flash support but a subset known as Flash Lite (v3 iirc)

The web use on this phone is a convenience. If you are looking specifically for heavy web use I would look elsewhere.
