Speed Dialing - hot keys
Does the phone have speed dialing such as using hot keys and if so could someone tell me how to set this up? Thanks

It does not have speed dialing. Apparently Samsung is supposed to address this when it does a firmware update.

What is a "firmware update" and does it mean we would be able to update our phones so it would have speed dial? #1 speed dials voice mail, so you'd think it would be capable of speeding other numbers.
