Eternity not available anywhere!!
I've gone to 4 AT&T Stores in the Chicago Suburbs and nobody is carrying this phone. I don't understand why? Is it destined to fail because of the lack of availability? The workers at the stores seem to be clueless on when it might be stocked. VERY FRUSTRATING!!!

Is Fry's Electronics in your area by any chance? If not, then there website should have it for around the same price I got it for back on 11/17, $50.
Alternatively, try Car Toys as well, http://www.cartoys.com.

No catch really. It's an instant in store rebate at the time of purchase that knocks the price way down to $50. If the store is within an hour away and the phone does not show up on their website as you've seen, then I'll suggest you query that store's phone number and inquire prior to making the trip.

I too want a family plan with 2 new lines activated. So your saying Frys will not give the big discounts to 2 phones?
The phone my wife wants isn't even carried at Frys, but free with new activation at an AT&T store. Is there anyway to get the 2 discounted phones with one being from Frys and one from a Corp. Store???

Fry's will give the big discounts on 2 phones if they are started out on individual voice plans, not on a family talk plan. You can always change it to the family plan later on at a later billing cycle. Therefore, you can get both Eternity phones from Fry's. I got an AT&T store to give me a 100 credit on my account to make up for the difference between them and Fry's. So they basically price matched it. Thanks for your Fry's recommendation!!!

I like it so far but have a couple complaints about it. I wish the web browser was better. mainly the quality of the pictures it displays. I find it terrible. My 4 year old samsung blade displayed better web images.
I also wish the widget bar could be customized better to fully utilize it.
Do you think the web picture issue and widget issue would ever be addressed in a firware update? Has there been any updates so far?

Dude this phone has been a complete success... The reason why you can't find any anywhere is because they sell out fast. So I don't know what you are talking about. Im in Dallas and we sell out just as fast as we get them in stock... Good luck buddy...

And i nth event you were looking for a carrying case for this, look in Best Buy, they've got the Instinct Flip Cover Executive styled case for $15. This is the cheapest I've seen till date and works real well for the purpose.
