Eternity and Outlook sync

I just got this phone and I can't get it to sync with Outlook!All my contacts are there and it will not let me sync!
Can anyone help??? 🤨

Try downloading the PC Synch software here is the link I got from the Samsung site (copy and paste it). Once you get it downloaded you should be able to synce the software with your Outlook and then get it to the phone. Hope it works for you.

Thank you,but that did not work I got the same error message that I got before!
I called Samsung and they told me I could not sync my Outlook contacts with this phone only music and pictures!!!

Samsung released a new version of PC Studio, which allows you to sync with Outlook. It can be downloaded from Samsung's Eternity site - go to the download center. The name of the software is: Samsung New PC Studio (Version 1.0.0.9) (ver.1.0.0.9)
