How to get the .90?
I have never done anything like this before. So how? I would download it on my computer than hook my phone to the computer? Do I have to delete the old software first? How do I do that? If I go to a verizon store will they do this for me? Probally not. Jo

Download to your computer (PC only).
Double click to open and run the .exe file
This will install the files in your BB desktop manager
After this is done, open up Blackberry Desktop Manager
and connect your Storm up to the cable
Desktop Manager should say there are updates to the software.
Follow the instructions from there.
