Maybe so, but phones don't require break in periods like a car or motorcycle to keep under 50 mph for the first few thousand miles.
BTW, I happen to think this phone is great. Maybe some growing pains, new versions of the firmware etc... This is common with all smartphones.
SW is never finished until the masses get it and use it. THEN the warts will show up. Testers cant possibly test every incarnation of the phone....
