By using PC and A600

I am trying to copy pix/ring tones from A600 to PC using an USBdata transfer cable. Have anybody tried it? I am thinking about either using GAGIN or Snapmedia or PClink2000l. It is so hard to find the a600 data cable here in Vancouver....
