Verizon Data
I read the terms on data and it says you can't use it to stream video or music. Does this work on the Droid? How much is a decent unlimited data contract, and is there really a 5GB cap on the unlimited data on Verizon?

There is wording there that allows verizon to crack down on people tethering their device without paying for tethering.
You can stream youtube, pandora, etc to your hearts content and be fine.
Email and Web for the droid is 29.99. The only reason you would need to pay higher is if you need a corporate activesync account.

Well here is the wording from the service agreement.
DATA PLANS AND FEATURES
"Data Plans and Features (such as NationalAccess, BroadbandAccess,GlobalAccess, Push to Talk, and certain VZEmail services) may ONLY be used withwireless devices for the following purposes: (i) Internet browsing; (ii) email;and(iii) intranet access (including access to corporate intranets, email, andindividualproductivity applications like customer relationship management, sales force, andfield service automation). The Data Plans and Features MAY NOT beusedfor any other purpose. Usually streaming movies comes from sites like Youtube. That's part of web browsing which is allowed. There are programs you download like Slacker and Pandora radio that are free, and usable but have their limits as well. As long as what you are doing is under Verizon's coverage, and not illegal, then you are not breaching contract. It's not that difficult to understand.

I am saying that doesn't matter.
Slacker Radio was recently pushed to all VZW blackberries, it is under the "verizon" tab in the android market.
Those T&C are old, and the only time Verizon's gonna crack down on your usage is if you are illegally tethering your device,
