Motorola V600
Cingular?
There are rumors the past few days that Cingular will have the v600 on or around February 20th. $399 w/o contract, $349 + $100 mir w/ 1 year, $299 + $100 mir w/ 2 year. Apparently it was discussed at a conference for Cingular by Motorola a week or two ago where they showed the v400 and v600.
If anyone else can clarify this, that'd be great, because I have Cingular currently and I'm really looking forward to this phone

No. The answer is no.
There are no concrete plans for Cingular to release the phone. One rumor says March one rumor says late February, but there are absolutely no official announcements from either Cingular or Motorola themselves.
People will definitly buy it and unlock it. But there doesnt seem to be any light at the end of a Cingular tunnel. I know how bad everyone wants the phone and I can see some Cingular fan boys jumping on to curse and scream and tell me I'm stupid.
Prove me wrong. Not some forum elsewhere or third party site. Show me something from Cingular or Motorla. Prove me wrong, someone. Otherwise buy a V400.
