I was on the AT&T website this afternoon and search for the V600 and it came back with over 70 responses for troubleshooting the phone. It must be on the way.

Actually, I agree with Talk_to_Much. It may have been on there, but they must have just registered it in the search engine because when I typed in V600 on Monday night, nothing came up. Now the troubleshooting does...a sign maybe? The phone pic was also added to the media center.
