Hey good for you - an ATT V600! Very cool 🙂

Now for the inquisition 🙂 What does it come loaded with (java games and such)? How does it sound with the headset? What SW / Flex versions are on it?

Go to Settings -> Phone Status -> Other Information. The version numbers should all be in there.

I have to admit gotmyv600, I'm a bit skeptical on this thread. If you did indeed get your AT&T v600, that is awesome and please share with us how this happened.

However, I noticed in your pictures that you never displayed a picture of the full phone w/ the keypad open (so you could clearly see the AT&T Wireless logo screen printed at the bottom of the keypad).

If you could do this, it would help to clear up any skepticism. Thanks!

I'm no graphics design expert, but the att logo in that picture looks awfully fake.

For one thing, isn't the logo and words usually just plain black, not with the blue orb?

And the att logo seems sharper than the rest of the pic and not properly lined up with where it should be on the phone proportion and angle wise.

Personally, though he seems to have the phone, no reason to believe the last pic.

on both of these, i simply used the photoshop Levels command and increased the size.

also note that the logo in his version is only about 75% opaque, look at the photo from the AT&T pressroom:

The phone is real but the AT&T brand on the phone is fake. I just received my Vodafone V600 yesterday. Like every other V600, the sticker/label at the bottom of the keypad is supposed to be the same color as the keypad (dark silver), not lite-silver. Who ever this phone belongs to, most likely used photo shop to add the AT&T logo.

I live in Pennsylvania. I got mine on eBay from the seller of GSMphonesource.com for $633 including shipping. I love the looks of the phone but there are bugs that are somewhat irritating. One time I tried sending MP3 ringtones thru bluetooth and it didn't work (had to do master reset - time consuming to set the profiles back to the way I want it). The phone screen turned white once, with two bars of battery left, but it's okay after I turned it off and back on. The last thing was I couldn't set the ringer lights so I took out the sim and put in my friends and ...

Actually, some providers hide that info intentionally. Try typing in *#9999# at the main screen, see if that brings it up.
