UNLOCKED VS. AT&T?

Hi, I'm reading all the memos of people buying this unlocked version from overseas or on Ebay. My question is, if they're still trying to work out all these quirks and bugs on the AT&T branded version (which supposedly is causing this delay), are these unlocked versions not as reliable? Is it worth paying $600-$700 for a software-bugged phone thats already released vs. buying the AT&T "software fixed" version for $300? Just curious as to what people think because I'm thinking about ordering from Hong Kong as well.

So, she said the only risk is if you're getting an unlocked phone from...
