Well,

The wait for the V600 is taking way too long, and I think I'm on my way to switch over to Cingular (my contract is up next month) and get a V400, or at least buy a V400 now, and use it until my contract is up with AT&T.

Anyone have a V400 while they're waiting for a V600? The basic differences are the changeable faceplates and the bluetooth feature on the V600, right? Any comments on the V400?

I feel your pain. I got my v400 about 2 weeks ago, and it's a sweet phone. It doesn't have the changeable faceplates or bluetooth like teh v600. The sound quality is great, especially with the mp3 ringtones I have downloaded into it. I have never dropped a single call with this phone, and the speaker is as good as hold it right up to your ear.

Ive had the v400 for a few weeks now and I love it. It doesnt have bluetooth like the v600, but you CAN change the faceplates with a T6 screwdriver, and of course its considerably cheaper than the v600. I say its worth it to get the v400. Bluetooth is nice, but you can easily send things to your phone from email so I dont really mind not having it on the phone.
