Motorola V600
SIM CARD??
I have a quick question...
it seems to me that all of you that are buying the V600 OEM/non-att have SIM cards already from ATT(or other service) , is there a way to get this if i dont already have one?? Do i need to purchase a phone from ATT then put that card in the V600?? OR can u buy them separately??

All I did was: buy my v600, went to an AT&T store and bought new service from AT&T with a free phone. I took the SIM from the free phone and put it in my v600.

Like Cassie said, a good idea is to get a free phone from your carrier of choice, then pop the SIM into your V600, and set up the data/WAP settings for the carrier.
You can also go and have the carrier activate a new SIM in your V600 at the shop. The only thing is that you don't get a free backup phone. 🙂
