It has arrived
At 10:40AM FedEx delivered. I LOVE it. All I had to do was pop in my Cingular SIM card and done.
I've put in all my settings and my first call was as clear as a land phone.
I just can't remember how to find my firmware version. Can anybody walk me through it?

Coupe questions if you don't mind:
Who did you order it from?
What else did you have to do for setup of other features, MMS, Web, etc - other than insert the sim card?
I'm not an expert on all this firmware, flex, flash stuff, but I'm close to buying an OEM V600 to use on cingular.
Any info would be appreciated - thanks!

I got mine from Plemix.com.
I also am on the Cingular network (NYC). All I had to do was put my SIM card in and it worked immediately. My entire address book was in.
Then all you have to do, like any other phone, is play with the settings and customize it to your own likes ie: wallpaper, colors, rings etc.
The firmware is the latest version.
I ordered the phone on Wednesday morning, paid via PayPal, and it was delivered Friday morning via FedEx from Hong Kong.
It's unbranded, and was in a new unopened box with zero minutes on the counters.
