Ok, so what gives? I called a couple corporate stores and dealers in downtown Chicago, called the 1-800-Imagine AT&T direct sales number and all of them said they're expecting it in a couple weeks. Where are people purchasing this thing from? I agree with a previous thread..."show me the pictures!" Its not even on the AT&T Wireless website yet..

Memillh06,

Don't get upset about it. Those of us who have ordered it thus far are through the NBO office. You CAN, without a doubt, order it through them for shipment TODAY, and delivery TOMORROW. If you doubt it, call the NBO (1800-388-3235), and ask if it can be ordered. You can't, of course, order it without a valid NBO account, but you can get the release information from them.

Lol! I'm not upset.. I purchased mine 3 weeks ago from Plemix.com. I did have a few friends who were waiting for it though. When do you think it will hit stores?

Tomorrow, with their weekly shipments. And, so noone else asks, there will NOT likely be anything bundled with the phone... no case, no headset, no MPT.

I also got one a month ago from B2Global. I am getting this v600 to strictly keep in my car for my Cellport handsfree device.

Ok, I regret opening this can of worms. Now everyone is gonna start posting this same news release (or the link) over and over again. I think this was the 3rd since this morning. I was just commenting on how I made a few calls to actual stores (including AT&T phone sales) and still no one seems to know about it. We'll see if its in the Tuesday retail shipments as expected. At least we're getting closer!

I've got the plemix version and love it. The AT&T Wireless GSM service leaves something to be desired on the south side of the city.
(i.e. I was inside a museum the other day and my phone said EMERGENCY ONLY and my friends V600 used on T-Mobile had a full signal. This seems to be the trend throughout Chicago..can't wait for the merger - maybe Cingular can clean things up a bit or at least allow me to jump to their 850 MHz here)

The phone is great though! Had a few glitches at the beginning..master reset it...haven't had a problem since!
