I just called CS to see what they had to say, they (of course) had no clue, and wanted to make sure i didnt mean the v60 🙄 ...but after further persistence I said that I have heard that NBO customers are getting the phone. He put me on hold and called NBO, he said "yep they have it, but you cant get it" Does anyone know the turn around time from when a phone becomes available to NBO to when it becomes available to consumers? The rep told me it was "just a matter of time" and he would not elaborate... (at least there is some hope....)

for cryin out loud....just keep calling CS until you get a knowledgeable rep. You can have it NOW.
We are all starting to get our fedex tracking numbers now.

No bus acct. regular gsm 1866-293-4634 at 930 this morning. No fuss, ordered. Looked on my payment history online, it shows up as Debit - GSM EQUIPMENT 3-29-04
Have fedex # as of 630pm. Scheduled for delivery tomm.
Same as the majority of people over on the ATTWS.com board.
You have to keep calling. There seem to be too many inexperienced reps over at attws.
I have no connection to NBO or foundation at all. Simple personal line on NextGen one rate plan.
