Motorola V600

I tried but it says my IMEI number which is on the box label as well as under the batterey "does not match the V600 phone". How did you do it? 😕

It won't take mine either. I have one from plemix and the other is a vodaphone.
Is anyone having any luck?

i was able to register mine today with no problem,got it from at&t cs.

I could be wrong, but I don't think the Plemix and B2Global ones are eligible for the free Bluetooth headset. I believe it had to be one purchased from a US retailer or service provider. The IMEI numbers are specific for the US as Motorola has a database of ones manufactured for US sale and those for overseas sales. You will have to wait and see.

I tried to input my IMEI as soon as I received the phone but got the same invalid IMEI message??? Mine is from AT&T.

I have the Plemix version. Took my number without incident and the confirming page said 'thank you.... contact you via email within two weeks to let you know if you are eligible for the free headset'...

I'm not trying to start controversy, I can say now, after speaking with a Motorola representative (not the idiots who answer phones), that if your IMEI number is not one of the ones that are associated with phones manufactured to be sold in the U.S.A., you are NOT eligible for the free bluetooth headset. Motorola has an IMEI database of IMEI numbers that are U.S. ones, and the phones from Plemix and B2Global are NOT in this database. I have both phones, B2Global and AT&T, so I can speak freely about the offer from Motorola. I personally don't think that anyone who got their phones from overseas should be eligible for the promotion with those phones. No controversy here. I was simply making a statement that my number went through. When Motorola sends the email like they said they would, I will post here on whether or not Motorola feels I qualify for the headset. Neither here nor there, really, as I already own both the HS801 and the HS810. It'll be a nice extra to have another backup if indeed I do qualify.

Why not, it is free. Besides it is probably better than nothing or something on a wire.

I tried today but it gave me the 'your phone isn't qualifed' message. I ordered it from ATT yesterday and should receive it tomorrow but they were able to give me the IMEI number today. I guess I'll just wait until it's in my hands to register.
