Transfering a game
I have a S-E T616 that I got a few weeks ago, since that time I bought a Solitaire game via mMode. Now that I'm getting my new V600 - ATT CS I'm out of luck and can't transfer the game over...I have to buy it again...does that make sense?

Yes, it makes sense because you "licensed" the game for use on your Sony Ericsson T616. You didn't license more than one copy, and there is no way to ensure that you don't have it on more than one phone.
