Are you out of your mind?

AT&T will charge you the full price difference of the phone if you do not return it after cancelling service.

Why would you want to go with T Mobile anyways, they are the worst company, even more so then Sprint PCS!

Dont take my word for it, they only have the SMALLEST customer base, and dont even offer coverage to over 200 million of the US population. They're a joke!

I think the first part could be true because when I owned a store, I put an extra clause in stating that the difference + $50 would be charged if the phone was shut off during the first 6 months of service. AT&T would be stupid not throw in a penalty in the fine print (which of course is R...

Where are you gonna get it unlocked from? I was gonna pay full price for the phone from AT&T and save money rather then buying it from plemix. Any help would be appreciated.

You are buying the phone at a price of $199 under the condition you fullfill your two year service agreement. If you break your contract they will charge you a cancelation fee, and full price for the phone. Better call AT&T back and make sure. Could just be a sales person trying to get commission at your cost.

And if you leave within the first 30 days you MUST return the phone. Just use common sense. Think of how many people would abuse that system if it is the way you say it is.
