Please don't tell this phone can't sync up with my PowerBook running OSX? If so what are my options to sync with my MAC?
☹️

Hugh-
It depends on what you want to do.
mac and the v600 definitely talk to each other.
However Isync is not supported at all yet.
You can sync with address book
you can send pics from mac to v600
you can send mp3 files from itunes to the phone to use as rings
you can create music on garage band, convert for itunes and send to phone to use as ring tones too.
in fact any audio file can be made into a ring tone

Thank you for your response. I am trying to sync my iCal and address boook as I did with my SE T39 and Z600. If isync is not supported do think it will any time soon.
Thanks again for you time

I'm just trying to send over a jpeg and it doesn't seem to work (via bluetooth). I'm running OS X.3 with built-in bluetooth.

i use Powerbook Titanium G4 1 gig chip running X10.3, D-link usb bluetooth module.
to send pics to the phone:
(i'm assuming you've linked the devices)
open bluetooth file exchange app
drop down bluetooth menu to browse
browse the phone
at this point you might want to create a new folder--i've heard this works for those having had trouble
once this window is open, you can actually drag jpeg icons from your mac windows directly into the file exchange window, and btw you can do that with mp3 files for ringtones, etc.
let me know if you have more problems

I would hope Apple will update I sync to make it compatatble soon, but you never know. there is a place at apple.com to beg and plead and whine about them doing exactly that...
