Outer Lens Chip

Kinda disgusted but I chipped the outer lens (the black part) of my phone.

Anyone know where I can get another one?

🙂 If you had the phone less than 30 days call AT&T and tell them that you notice that the lens is chipped... You should be able to get another phone. Make sure that it is not refurbished.. That is what they send for replacement phones...

When you received a replacement phone. It is labled refurbished.. It happened to me with my T720. I called AT&T explained this to them.. They gave me song and a dance but I went to the store and received a new phone. Pay close attention when you are getting a replacement phone.

Nykki you seem to know what your doing - I just unlocked my phone and went to the menu to do a master reset but it didnt reall master reset - Can you master reset the phone?? Thanks very much for your time.

Try this ... Look in the manual on page 136 and try that... If it works you owe me when I get into a phone jam... 😉
