Button on right side of phone, bad placement?

Anyone else having this problem? i am ALWAYS pushing that button on the right side on accident when i open the phone or want to talk, the one that records the voice message? it's a constant hassle!

It's a pain. Fortunately it's also a soft switch. You can change it.
