😡

Has anyone notices a slight crack or chip showing up on the black lense of the V600? Did I read somewhere this is a defect and Moto will change it?

Thanks

Motorola has already remedied this problem, by changing the v600. you can tell if you have an older one that is prone to cracking by a quick glance at the phone. hold the phone in your hand with the top of the phone facing you (like if you moved the phone closer to your face you could poke yourself in the eye with the antenna) Now look at the middle section of the phone, still looking down. for clarity, let's call it the light grey colored part as opposed to the silver colored covers or the chrome hinges at the top. now on this middle "light grey" section on the side closest to the top of the phone--where the camera is the grey part will either be level all the way across the phone, or there will be a notch cut out of the light grey plast...

Here's the link. apparently some people with the notch cut out still have a crack, possibly cassie among them, though it sounds like hers may be lower (she posted on this thread):

Yep!

I finally got a crack on mine 👿

But it wasn't at the very top corner of the black plastic cover like everyone else (it seems)! My v600 cracked right above the camera mirror - a line going across the black plastic - right where it hits the back when the front is flipped open 😳

Cassie,

Do you know how I can save all the wallpapers using the flash/flex device I downloaded to install again into the phone after I flash it?

Let me know.

Thanks
