Motorola V600

I'm having some trouble with my new v600 connecting to an iPaq 4150 and my laptop using an IBM Bluetooth PC Card adapter. I'm able to transfer files but can't get the dialup networking to work. Thus, the mobile phone tools software doesn't work either. Has anyone else been able to get Bluetooth working for data services?

I know it can work with the HP tablet 1100 (Centrino chipset) but I would really like to get the iPaq 4150 to connect via bluetooth and use the GPRS features.
