if i get this phone from at&t can i still access that site you gave out for ringtones and mp3's and all that jazz or do i have to buy it unlocked?

my phone is from att. I would believe that any phone that supports mp3 ringtones can use the site. Its just thaT it seems to be specifically for vx00 users
